  1. Ive got a question!?!? I cant seem to get wet during sex and im tired of using lube… is there anything i can do to help???

    • Hey Marie,

You are not alone when it comes to being dry during sex. Getting wet/lubricated begins when your hormones tell your brain your that you are getting sexually aroused thus preparing your clitoris and vagina.

What happens then is that your inner and outer lips of your vagina swell. The walls of your vagina and vagina lips have glands that then secrete liquid to allow for penetration.

If this has been a prolonged issues, which it sounds like as you want to stop using lubrication you may have a hormonal imbalance. This is not professional advice, you should seek out a doctors opinion.

We did a show, Sex Hurts – http://www.oneextraordinarymarriage.com/171-sex-hurts, that may be of interest to you as we give a number of things to consider in these situations.

      Blessings.

    • Fish oil. It will do the trick. Try it and you will be amazed how wet you will be.

  3. Discouraged says:

So I have a couple problems that happen in the bedroom…
I just saw all the vitamins listed to help for certain things for guys cause my husband can’t finish the job unless he does it him self. Which is very frustrating especially when you are trying to have another baby.
Second thing I get so wet that he nor I can feel anything. And the mood has passed. Which then we go back to the first problem. And lastly I’m just not the type of person to start the “fun” and when I do it’s always the same thing I’ve expressed that I want to change things up, I give him ideas and still I get the same thing every time. So now we are at the point of our bed has a divided line down the middle. We are acting like roommates while raising a 2 year old. This goes on much further we won’t be making it at the marriage.

    • Hey,

Each of these need to be addressed together. It’s not an easy do this and everything is going to work situations though. Both of you need to make some adjustments inside and outside the bedroom at this time.

  4. Jason Connors says:

About two weeks ago, I started mixing a little ascorbic acid (vit. c) into a glass of water twice a day because I had a cold. My sex drive has been through the roof for the last two weeks. I’m a 31 year old male that feels like I’m in my teens again sexually. I can’t think of what else may have changed over the last couple of weeks. But, I think I’ll be keeping up the vitamin C.
